Pacific Brokers HomeIncome ReplacementCalifornia State Disability Insurance (SDI) pays from 64% to 55% of your pay up to a maximum benefit of $490 per week. Annual earnings above $46,327 are not covered by SDI. Benefits begin on the 8th day of disability and are paid for up to 52 weeks. Workers Compensation Insurance, in addition to providing medical and other benefits, provides a replacement of 66.7% of your income up to a maximum benefit of $490 per week. Annual earnings above $46,327 are not covered by this insurance. Commencement of income replacement benefits varies depending on the length of your disability. If you are concerned that you may not be able to live on the benefits provided by these plans, supplemental insurance is available. Simply type in "Income Replacement Coverage" and provide us with your contact information, and we will email you our Quote Request form. This form can be faxed or mailed to you if you do not have an email address.
