It is always a challenge to balance the financial burden of benefit packages on employers while meeting employees' overall financial needs. The solutions for our clients are always unique to their specific circumstances. The steps, however, are always the same:

  • Establish your Goals and Objectives—financial and philosophical, by each “financial safety net”.
  • Match your Goals and Objectives with insurance carriers / financial product providers / vendors.
  • Obtain proposals.
  • Present alternatives by analyzing cost, disruption (loss of providers), plan features, and the impact of any change on your Human Resources Department as well as on employee morale.
  • Implement changes via meetings, memorandum, websites etc.
